Talent Specialist (talent detection and development) & Original Trainer, Secretary General of EST'elles Executive (professional women’s network of Grand-Est Region, France and Luxembourg)
Inspire and be inspired
In my life, the great teachers have been dancers, artists, horses, personal traumas, and inspiring people whose paths I have crossed. They have taught me to be patient and agile, open-minded, sensitive and strong, creative, empathetic and collaborative. My first career in art and in my daily life with horses have helped develop my sense of observation. Today I combine these personal characteristics and competences with ethological, anthropological and digital methods to become a kind of Sherlock Holmes and detect universal talents. As in nature, diversity is abundant among human beings. So why do we typically tend to put people in small boxes and limit their capacities?
In my job I help people and organisations identify talents and build potential in order to increase efficiency and well-being for the good of all.
This is what I also do for EST’elles Executive women’s network and its members. We value women’s multiple talents, promote women’s ambition, and offer women opportunities to claim their place in the public domain and the professional workspace.
